Sea Salt - contains approximately 84 minerals that are beneficial to the skin and body, providing many functions such as promoting healthy bones, soothing aching muscles, eliminating toxins and maintaining a balancing of our lymphatic fluids.
Epsom Salt - (magnesium sulfate) A natural emollient, best known for soothing sore muscles, eliminating toxins from the body and known to be helpful in reducing swelling.
Baking Soda – A natural cleanser of oil and perspiration, it also neutralizes acids on the skin. Has long being known for soothing irritated skin and has been known to help alleviate problems like eczema and psoriasis. Has recently been found to be great in toxin elimination and drainage of lymphatic system, which is particularly useful at onset of illness to prevent further development of condition.
Aromatherapy Essential Oils – distilled from precious flowers, herbs, shrubs and trees. The essential oils have been carefully selected for their known functional properties and heavenly scents to bring about a perfect combination for both physical and emotional benefits.

Eucalyptus - useful in addressing respiratory problems, muscle pain, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, antiseptic, antibacterial, and helps mental exhaustion.
Neroli - emotional well-being, uplifting, beneficial to skin, soothing, calming and revitalizing effects.
African Rooibos (tea) Extract - rich in minerals and anti-oxidants, soothing, calming, anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory, excellent for skin problems.
Lemon – awakens senses, supports positive mood, promotes focus and clarity, helps ease fatigue, doubt and confusion, is restorative tonic and antiseptic.
