Return policy

Your products are made FRESH especially for YOU! Due to the nature of our products, in order to maintain and guarantee their level of quality and freshness, we are not able restock/resell items that have left our studio and therefore are not to accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any items.

 

Processing times:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order information.

Your Lalu's Treasures products are crafted in small batches - often times at least one of the items in your shipment will be made to order! 

We KNOW how exciting it is to get your treasures so we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly, normally between 2-4 business days. We make DAILY post office runs! If your order takes a bit longer, it is just reassurance that you are receiving your items at peak freshness! 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please make sure your address and order are correct before moving forward as orders cannot be changed once placed.

Currently we only ship within the United States. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered at checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos. 
Please note: The estimated shipping time provided by USPS does not include processing. Please allow time for processing. 1-3 days is the timeframe given once the package leaves our facility.
